Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return: Please send an email to hjh078512@gmail.com with your "Order Number" and the "Reason for Return" in the subject line. We will provide you with clear instructions on how to send your items back.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at hjh078512@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
